Eric Brown

Founder/Director Eric Brown is a proud descendant of the Yuin, Bidjigal, Dharawal and Gundungarra people, a recognised member of the Aboriginal community and a descendant of known apical ancestors from the cultural area which covers the La Perouse Aboriginal Land Council / Metropolitan Land Council area.

He has significant expertise and experience delivering and facilitating NDIS support services.

Through Natcha Cultural Tours, Eric also delivers On Country camps for people with a disability and members of the public through who wish to participate in an inclusive cultural tour which shares the knowledge of Country, sacred sites and traditional lore to connect the broader community to the land.

Eric has 10+ years experience as a caseworker and cultural worker in Youth Justice where he previously served as an Aboriginal Practice officer . He holds a Cert 4 in Leadership and Management, Advance diploma of Business, Cert 3 in Youth Work, Diploma of Counselling and is a Member of the Australian Counselling Association.
